iPhone SE, most current iOS.
There’s an audio stream – a spoken word podcast I believe, using my gadget. I have no concept where it originated from. I didn’t ask it to play any audio.
If I turn the side power button off, the screen goes blank. If I press it once again, it turns up on the lock screen, and there’s the normal audio control board with play, quick forward, rewind and Airplay buttons. This control will stop briefly the audio. So plainly, the audio is engaging with iOS in the typical method.
However how do I learn where it originated from in the very first location? Which app is stemming it? If it’s Safari, which tab is stemming it? I attempted tapping on the leading location of the audio icon, however it simply requested my lock code and took me to the house screen.
I had a variety of Safari windows open, among which was a conversation online forum. Could a user-contributed embed in a conversation online forum post cause audio to autoplay? The product is “Abigail from TikTok” and I do not have TikTok, no app, no account, no relation whatsoever, and none of my web browser windows were open to TikTok anything.
It’s absolutely not iTunes.
